About the Internship :
This is an offline/physical internship at Rajbir Singh Bal & Co., designed to provide students with practical exposure to litigation work and the opportunity to observe proceedings and professional interactions in a real-world legal environment. Interns may be involved in client meetings, team meetings, Court appearances, and matters handled at different court levels and across various legal practice areas.
Eligibility :
• Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses).
• Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
• Good research, drafting, and communication skills will be an advantage.
• Students with strong writing skills and an interest in litigation.
Responsibilities:
• Handled cases on a case-to-case basis and reviewed case facts and documents.
• Analyzed legal drafts, judgments, and relevant precedents.
• Conducted legal research and prepared case summaries and recommendations.
• Coordinated with clients, advocates, and court staff regarding case proceedings.
• Assisted in drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
