About the Internship :
M/s. S.J. Bhambhlani & Co. is inviting applications for Internships and Associates at its Nariman Point office. We welcome applications from law students interested in legal research, real estate laws, and professional legal practice. Candidates will be expected to attend the courts with the senior as well as handle the briefs and do the research work.
Eligibility :
• Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses).
• Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
• Good research, drafting, and communication skills will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills are expected
Responsibilities:
• Handled cases on a case-to-case basis and reviewed case facts and documents.
• Analyzed legal drafts, judgments, and relevant precedents.
• Conducted legal research and prepared case summaries and recommendations.
• Coordinated with clients, advocates, and court staff regarding case proceedings.
• Assisted in drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
Duration : minimum 2–3 months
