DSK Legal advised Moon Cares on acquisition of Crysta IVF from Redcliffe Labs
The leading law firm in India, DSK Legal represented and advised Moon Cares Private Limited, a subsidiary of MMG Group (including its investors), on the acquisition of 100% shareholding of Crysta IVF Life Private Limited from Redcliffe Labs.
Crysta IVF is a chain of leading fertility centres offering advanced infertility treatments across multiple centres in India. Moon Cares is a healthcare platform promoted by the MMG Group, which operates the largest bottling partner of Coca-Cola in India and is also the master franchisee for McDonald’s in North and East India. Redcliffe Labs is a pan-India omnichannel diagnostics service provider operating across 220+ cities, supported by leading global investors.
DSK Legal provided end-to-end legal support, including:
- (a) Advising on the transaction structure for the healthcare platform entity;
- (b) Conducting legal due diligence; and
- (c) Negotiating the acquisition agreements for the sale of Crysta IVF.
