The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised HealthTech Solutions LLC and its founders on the India leg of an international transaction involving the indirect acquisition of HTS India LLP by Health Management Associates, Inc. The transaction forms part of Health Management Associates’ global acquisition of HealthTech, a provider of Medicaid-focused technology, analytics and compliance solutions.
The mandate included advising on structuring and documentation, reviewing the Securities Purchase Agreement, and assisting with execution, closing, and post-closing activities in relation to the India leg of the transaction.
