
Trilegal advised Cube Highways Trust on proposed acquisition of road assets through unit swap transaction
The leading law firm in India, Trilegal advised Cube Highways Trust on its proposed acquisition of certain road assets from its sponsor group entities, CH-V and CH-II, through a units-based swap transaction.
The transaction involves the transfer of 100% equity in Baharampore Farakka Highway, Devanahalli Tollway and Chenani Nashri Tunnelway, and at least 95% equity in Western MP Infrastructure and Toll Roads, in exchange for the issuance of units by the Trust.
