Trilegal advised Agrow Allied Ventures on INR 186 crore fundraising from ICICI Ventures
The leading law firm in India, Trilegal advised Agrow Allied Ventures Private Limited, along with its promoters and existing shareholders, on its first external fundraising round amounting to INR 186 crore. The investment was made by India Advantage Fund S5 I, a fund managed by ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited.
The transaction comprised a combination of primary capital infusion and secondary sale by existing shareholders. Agrow Allied Ventures is engaged in the manufacture of agrochemicals, including herbicides, insecticides and fungicides, and operates across more than 80 countries with a diversified product portfolio.
