The leading law firm in India, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) acted as legal counsel to Permira Advisors Pte. Ltd. and Norwest Venture Partners X – Mauritius in relation to a cross-border, multi-tranche secondary acquisition of securities in SILA Solutions Private Limited. The transaction involves an investment of approximately USD 100 million, with Permira acquiring around 40% shareholding in SILA Solutions from Norwest and other existing shareholders.
