About the Job :
Saregama India Limited is hiring a candidate for a Non-Litigation position.
Eligibility :
(i) 2-3 years of experience in non-litigation work related to live events, films, TV shows, etc.
(ii) Someone with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail, well-versed in copyright law and trademark law.
(iii) Ability to read and write in English & Hindi.
(iv) Preferably worked with events or the media industry, or media law firms.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
