About the Job :
HSA Advocates is looking for professionals who demonstrate ownership and initiative across responsibilities, including drafting, court/tribunal appearances, and managing multiple matters within tight timelines. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Eligibility :
(i) 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and strong expertise in Litigation and Arbitration
(ii) Sincere, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(v) Ability to assist in court matters; independent handling of matters will be an added advantage
(vi) Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
