Eligibility :
Kwan Ventures is looking to connect with legal professionals between 4-6 years of experience in banking and finance transactions particularly professionals who have handled:
* Financing transactions and loan documentation
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
* Banking and finance advisory
* Working closely with legal and business teams
Responsibility :
* Advise clients in banking and finance transactions.
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.
* Ability to work with legal and business teams in a collaborative manner.
* Advising on local applicable laws and regulations.
