About the Job :
They are looking for committed, detail-oriented, and driven candidates with a strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution. The role involves drafting, court appearances, case preparation, and legal research across various forums
Eligibility :
(i) 1–2 years of litigation experience
(ii) Enrolled Advocate
(iii) Proficiency in legal research and drafting
(iv) Excellent command over English
(v) Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
