About the Job :
At Ashok Pranshu & Co., they are strengthening our Tax Litigation & Advisory practice and are looking to onboard a high-calibre professional with a keen interest in complex fiscal and regulatory matters
Eligibility :
(i) Advocate / Lawyer with 1–2 years of relevant experience, or
(ii) Exceptional drafting and articulation skills
(iii) Proficiency in legal research and drafting
(iv) Excellent command over English
(v) Strong analytical and research orientation
(vi) Ability to engage with nuanced legal and tax issues
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
(iv) The role offers meaningful, hands-on exposure to litigation strategy, advisory assignments, and representation in complex matters, working closely with senior professionals.
