About the Job :
Eagle Law and Integrity is looking to recruit a Junior Associate with a minimum of 2 years of Litigation experience. Join a dynamic litigation practice and work on diverse matters across civil, commercial, family, criminal and constitutional law.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Minimum 2 years of Litigation experience after successfully clearing the All India Bar Examination (AIBE)
(iv) Experience in legal consulting and document preparation.
(v) Ability to independently handle court appearances, procedural compliances and client coordination
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Litigation and Advisory Work before various courts, tribunals, commissions, and other forums across India
