Khaitan & Co advised Mindspace Business Parks REIT on acquisition of International Tech Park Chennai from CapitaLand
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Mindspace Business Parks REIT (managed by K Raheja Corp Investment Managers Private Limited) on the acquisition of International Tech Park Chennai, having a total leasable area of approximately 2.6 million square feet, for INR 3,000 crores from CapitaLand.
The transaction marks a significant addition to Mindspace REIT’s portfolio, strengthening its presence in the Chennai office market and expanding its commercial real estate footprint across key Indian business hubs.
The Khaitan & Co team was led by Gautam Suseel (Partner), Harsh Parikh (Partner), and Deepak Jodhani (Partner), with support from Sushim Aryan (Principal Associate), Shefalika Shekhawat (Associate), and Ishaan Kunal Nagarkatti (Associate).
