Khaitan & Co advised Everstone Capital on USD 270 million partnership with Apothecon Group
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Everstone Capital Asia Pte Ltd on its partnership with the founding promoters of Apothecon Pharmaceuticals Private Limited (India) and Navinta III Inc. (USA), involving an investment of approximately USD 270 million for a substantial stake in the combined entity, Apothecon Group. The transaction involves a speciality formulations company with in-house formulations and captive API manufacturing capabilities, and a diversified commercial presence across the United States, Europe, and other global markets. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
