About the Internship :
The Legal Horizon Law Firm, located at Greater Kailash I, New Delhi is looking forward to dynamic interns, in their final year of their law school for assessment internship for a minimum period of 4 weeks.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Excellent research skills having sound knowledge of major legal search engines such as Manupatra, SCC, etc.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Assisting in writ drafting and legal applications
(iii) Providing required assistance in drafting of plaints/suits/petitions/appeals & various applications
(iv) Conducting legal research on statutory and regulatory matters
(v) Assisting in drafting commercial applications
(vi) Attending Court hearings whenever required.
