About the Internship :
Planet Lex Law Firm, Lucknow is inviting applications for Legal Internship positions for aspiring law students who are eager to gain practical exposure in the legal field. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to work on real cases, enhance legal research skills, and understand courtroom procedures under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Possess good communication and drafting skills
(v) Have basic knowledge of legal procedures and documentation
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Assisting in writ drafting and legal applications
(iii) Supporting RTI drafting and procedural work
(iv) Conducting legal research on statutory and regulatory matters
(v) Assisting in drafting commercial applications
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
