About the Internship :
Apparel Group is hiring a Legal Intern for a 3-month internship programme in Gurgaon. The internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to corporate legal work, including legal research, contract management, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good communication and analytical abilities
(v) Draft and review agreements and contracts
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, legal notices, and written submissions
(ii) Drafting legal notices, replies and regulatory representations
(iii) Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, notices, and legal documents
(iv) Support compliance-related work and legal documentation
(v) Coordinate with internal teams on legal and contractual matters
(vi) Maintain legal records and coordinate with stakeholders
