The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised TruBridge, Inc. (NASDAQ: TBRG) on its proposed acquisition by Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Inc., April 26, 2026, Mumbai.
The transaction involves a binding merger agreement for the acquisition of TruBridge, Inc., a prominent provider of healthcare technology solutions for rural and community hospitals, by Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited (NSE: IKS), a global leader in care enablement solutions. The transaction value is approximately $565 million, payable upon closing, subject to customary adjustments.
The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
