The transaction involves collaboration between the parties to jointly develop products by combining Hyundai Motor Company’s human-centric design approach with TVS Motor Company’s advanced electric three-wheeler platform, leveraging their respective expertise in electric mobility and customer-centric innovation.
The completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
