Geetika Gupta has been associated with Crisil for over six years, during which she has played a key role in handling legal functions across multiple business verticals. She was elevated from Associate Director – Legal, a role she held from 2022 to 2026, and previously served as Manager – Legal at the firm.
Prior to joining Crisil, she worked as Manager – Legal and Compliance at Dun and Bradstreet, where she handled commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and internal legal advisory. She also served as Deputy Manager – Legal at Cipla, managing complex international contracts and contributing to large-scale restructuring projects across Europe and global markets.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. and S.R. Legal Advocates, gaining experience in litigation, regulatory drafting, and contract advisory. She has also interned with leading law firms and regulatory bodies including AZB & Partners, Bharucha & Partners, J. Sagar Associates, and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Education
Geetika Gupta holds a B.Com, LL.B (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University, where she was actively involved in moot courts, legal services initiatives, and legislative projects.
