The conference will focus on the theme “Asymmetries in Public Policy: Institutional Design and the Impact of Localism” and aims to bring together scholars, policymakers, practitioners, and researchers to deliberate on decentralization, governance, localism, and public policy.

Submission Guidelines
Interested participants are required to submit:
- An abstract of not more than 300 words
- 4–5 keywords
- A separate brief bio-note of the author(s)

Full Paper Guidelines
- The manuscript must be original and unpublished.
- It must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Authors must follow the Bluebook mode of citation.
- The word limit for the full paper is 6,000–8,000 words, inclusive of footnotes.
- Co-authorship is permitted up to a maximum of two authors.
- The manuscript must be submitted in MS Word format.
- The submission must not contain author-identifying details to ensure anonymous review.
