Akshat Razdan is a seasoned attorney with over 12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), specialising in regulatory, compliance, and litigation matters across the pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare, and life sciences sectors. He also advises clients on complex regulatory issues arising from business operations and transactions.
In addition to his sectoral expertise, he has represented and advised clients across a wide range of disputes, including civil, corporate, criminal, and regulatory matters. His experience spans competition law, aviation, oil and gas, telecom, international trade disputes, shareholder conflicts, white-collar litigation, and investigations.
Prior to joining Trilegal, he served as Principal Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where he worked for several years in the healthcare, life sciences, and regulatory litigation practice. Earlier, he was associated with AZB & Partners and also began his legal career as an independent practitioner.
He is also a member of the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
He holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
