The leading law firm in India, S&R Associates represented Modern Safety Glass, a glass processing company operating under the brand “Hercules”, and its promoters, in connection with its sale to Ozone Overseas, a manufacturer and supplier of architectural hardware and security solutions. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary approvals and closing conditions.
