S&R Associates advised IPO of Windlas Biotech
S&R Associates represented SBI Capital Markets, DAM Capital and IIFL Securities, book running lead managers, in the INR 4.01 billion initial public offering by Windlas Biotech Limited, one of the top five companies in the domestic pharmaceutical formulations CDMO industry in India in terms of revenue.
The S&R team included partners Jabarati Chandra and associates Oishika Dasgupta, Shwetank Sharma, Mohnish Mathew, Anshritha Rai and Aditya Jain.
