Experience
Sharon Teoh rejoins Adnan Sundra & Low as Partner in April 2026, having previously spent over five years at the firm in various roles, including Managing Associate and Legal Associate within the Banking & Finance and Debt Capital Markets practice. During her earlier tenure, she was actively involved in advising on complex financing transactions and capital market issuances.
Between her stints at the firm, she served as Legal Counsel at Ant International, where she focused on global treasury arrangements, advising on cross-border financing, liquidity management, investments, and derivatives. This in-house experience further enhanced her commercial acumen and cross-border advisory capabilities.
She began her legal career at Adnan Sundra & Low as a Pupil-in-Chambers before progressing through the ranks.
Education
Sharon Teoh holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Multimedia University and is a qualified Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2018.
