The India’s leading law firm, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Mirae Asset Venture Investments on its participation in the Series D investment round of Snabbit (Maestroedge Solutions Private Limited).
The transaction involved Mirae’s subscription to securities as part of a broader Series D round, with participation from multiple global and domestic investors. The total round size was approximately USD 56 million (INR 5,200 million).
