Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Citius TransNet Investment Trust on ₹11,050 million IPO

The India’s leading law firm, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) acted as legal counsel to Citius TransNet Investment Trust (the Trust), EAAA TransInfra Managers Limited (Investment Manager), and Epic TransNet Infrastructure Private Limited (Sponsor) on the Trust’s formation, private placement of securities and initial public offering, marking the first transaction facilitating an AIF liquidity event through the InvIT route.

The units of the Trust are listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The Trust is backed by the EAAA India Alternatives Limited platform, a leading alternatives platform in India.
