Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised the Book Running Lead Managers in the IPO by Five-Star Business Finance Limited
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised ICICI Securities Limited, Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Private Limited (collectively, “Book Running Lead Managers” or “BRLMs”) in the initial public offering by Five-Star Business Finance Limited (“Issuer”) of 33,512,901 equity shares aggregating to INR 15,885.12 million by way of an offer for sale. The deal was valued at USD 194.31 million approximately. The equity shares of the Issuer was listed on the BSE and the NSE on 21 November, 2022.
