SAM Partner Roshan Thomas to join Byju’s as Group General Counsel

Roshan Thomas – the Bengaluru based Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM & CO.) is quitting the Firm to adorn the role of Group General Counsel at Byju’s.

SAM Partners – Prateek Lala and Arjun Perikal (along with the rest of the team at Bangalore) would continue to service the firm’s large client base in Bengaluru with active support from all the other offices and from Amit Khansaheb, the firm’s partner based in Gurugram.

Roshan had joined SAM as part of the large group of lawyers from BMR Legal in June of 2017 and had helped develop the Bengaluru office significantly over the last four years.
