About the Internship :
Baidip Legal is looking to onboard a Legal Intern with an interest in contracts, intellectual property, and legal research. The internship will provide practical exposure to various areas of legal practice and involve active contribution to live client matters under supervision.
Eligibility :
• Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses).
• Interest in contracts, intellectual property, and legal research
• Willingness to work on live client matters
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks under supervision
• Strong attention to detail and research skills
Responsibilities:
• Assist with contract drafting and review
• Conduct trademark searches and support filings/prosecution
• Assist with IP portfolio management
• Support legal notices and company policies
• Conduct legal research and assist with general advisory work
• Contribute to live client matters under supervision
Duration : Minimum 1 months
