RDS Partnership has strengthened its M&A, Corporate Transactions, and Cross-Border joint ventures practice with the recruitment of Raphael Tay as a Partner.
With nearly 40 years of legal experience, Tay is recognized as one of Asia’s top M&A practitioners. Before joining RDS Partnership, he led the corporate, commercial, and M&A practice at LAW Partnership and previously served as a partner at Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill, Chooi & Company, and Tay Kuan Teck & Son.
Tay’s expertise spans both domestic and international matters, with a strong focus on corporate and commercial law, M&A, and information technology law. Among his notable achievements, he has advised one of Malaysia’s largest telecommunications conglomerates on two major corporate acquisitions.
