Rakesh Kaushik has joined BPTP Limited as President – Legal, strengthening its leadership team with a seasoned legal expert. Kaushik joins from Max Healthcare Institute Limited, where he led the legal and regulatory function as Director – Legal and Regulatory Affairs.

With over 29 years of domestic and international experience in corporate legal practice, Kaushik brings extensive expertise across corporate laws, high-stakes litigation, compliance risk management, mergers & acquisitions, SEBI compliances, and secretarial practices. He has played a key role in shaping strategic legal frameworks across sectors including telecom, FMCG, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Prior to Max Healthcare, Kaushik held leadership positions at Bharti Airtel Limited, Hindustan Unilever Limited, RJ Corp, American Tower (erstwhile VIOM), Artemis Medicare, and Usha International.

At BPTP, Rakesh is expected to play a key role in advising the Board of Directors on legal and regulatory issues while supporting the company’s ongoing growth and expansion, particularly in the infrastructure and real estate sector.
