The positions notified under the scheme are purely on a contract basis and coterminous with the scheme.

Eligibility Criteria
For the post of Para Legal Personnel/Lawyer, the notification prescribes a degree in Law/legal training or knowledge of laws along with the prescribed experience.
Work Experience
- Candidates having a degree in Law/legal training or knowledge of laws must have at least 3 years’ experience of working within a government or non-government women-related project/programme at the district level; or
- A practising lawyer must have at least 2 years’ experience of litigation in any court of law.
Age Limit
The prescribed age limit is 25 years to 42 years as on 01.01.2026.
Age relaxation is provided as per the Government of Andhra Pradesh rules in force.
Selection Process
- Only qualified candidates will be called for an oral interview.
- The oral interview will be conducted by the District Selection Committee headed by the District Collector.
- Only merit candidates will be considered for selection.
Nature of Appointment
The post is purely on a contract basis and coterminous with the Mission Shakti Scheme.
Salary
The salary for the post of Para Legal Personnel/Lawyer is Rs. 20,000/-.

- The duly filled application form must be submitted along with photocopies of educational qualification certificates, experience certificates and community certificate, etc.
- Applications must be submitted to the DW&CW&EO, 2nd Floor, Ambedkar Bhavan, Collectorate, Chittoor.
- One application per post is prescribed.
- Applications received after the prescribed last date and time will not be considered.
