About the Internship :
Verum Legal is inviting applications for a Legal Internship at its Hyderabad office. This is a hands-on internship offering exposure to real legal work across corporate and litigation domains.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Basic knowledge of drafting Miscellaneous Applications
(iii) Strong interest in corporate law
(iv) Good communication and drafting abilities
(v) Strong analytical and legal research skills
(vi) Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
