About the Internship :
Atrangii is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. The role offers exposure to media and entertainment law, along with practical experience in contract drafting, advisory, and non-litigation work.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Strong understanding of media and entertainment laws
(iv) Excellent written and verbal communication
(v) Ability to manage deadlines and workload efficiently
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting and negotiating agreements (Production Service, License, Acquisition, SaaS, etc.)
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Support drafting of contracts and agreements
