About the Internship :
Adv Harsh Kashyap is a Defence Lawyer practicing in Pune is inviting applications for two law interns. The internship will provide hands-on exposure to criminal litigation, including drafting, legal research, court appearances, and various aspects of criminal trial practice.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good communication and analytical abilities
(v) Candidates should have a strong interest in criminal litigation.
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, legal notices, and written submissions
(ii) Drafting legal notices, replies and regulatory representations
(iii) Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, notices, and legal documents
(iv) Support compliance-related work and legal documentation
(v) Coordinate with internal teams on legal and contractual matters
(vi) Assisting in matters before courts, tribunals, and authorities in Delhi
Duration : 3 Months
