Indian law firm P&A Law Offices has advised and assisted Mumbai-based health food company Naturell (India) Private Limited, which concluded the third successful round of equity fundraising from its existing investor, Rabo Private Equity, a subsidiary of the Netherlands-based Rabobank.
Naturell promotes a nutritious and healthy lifestyle for its consumers through its range of premium and nutritionally rich products under the brands, Rite Bite and Max Protein.
