P&A Law Offices advised IL&FS Energy
P&A Law Offices advised IL&FS Energy Development Company Limited, a subsidiary of Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Limited, on the sale of its energy advisory business undertaking to PTC India Limited on a “slump sale” and “going concern” basis.
The transaction bid process was conducted by way of a “Swiss Challenge” and PTC India Limited emerged as the successful bidder. PTC Limited is a public sector enterprise and is listed on the BSE and NSE.
