About the Seminar
The Two-Day National Seminar, titled “IMPERIUM CAPITALIS: Empire of Capital”, will focus on “Intellectual Property as Corporate Hegemony: Law, Capital, Knowledge, and the Politics of Ownership.”
The seminar seeks to bring together students, lawyers, research scholars and professionals to engage with a pressing question: Who really owns knowledge, and who gets left outside the gates?
