M&CO Legal Appoints Khaled Mehdi as Legal Director in UAE
The prominent boutique law firm headquartered in Dubai (DIFC) with a strong presence in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, M&CO Legal has appointed Khaled Mehdi as Legal Director, strengthening its Corporate & Commercial practice across the UAE.
In his new role, he will advise on a wide range of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters, delivering strategic and commercially driven legal solutions to clients across the UAE and beyond.
Khaled brings over 17 years of experience, with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, and cross-border transactions. He has advised corporations, financial institutions, and private clients on complex, multi-jurisdictional mandates across mainland UAE, DIFC, and ADGM frameworks.
Prior to joining M&CO Legal, he served as Senior Associate at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, Law House, and Abou Jaoude & Associates Law Firm, where he advised on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, banking and finance matters, and dispute resolution across the UAE and Lebanon.
He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate & Commercial Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université La Sagesse.
