Linklaters Appoints Amro Bakhaidar as National Managing Partner for Saudi Arabia
The multinational law firm, Linklaters has announced the appointment of Amro Bakhaidar as the new National Managing Partner for Saudi Arabia for a four-year term.
Sharing his excitement on the appointment, he said,

Amro Bakhaidar is a leading specialist in equity capital markets and public M&A transactions in Saudi Arabia. He has extensive experience across a broad range of corporate and capital markets transactions and has advised on some of the largest and most complex ECM and public M&A deals in the Kingdom.
Commenting on the appointment, Paul Lewis said,

Prior to this appointment, Amro Bakhaidar served as Corporate Partner at Linklaters. Earlier, he was Partner and Counsel at Khoshaim & Associates, and also worked with Clifford Chance and its associated firms in Saudi Arabia, including Abuhimed Alsheikh Alhagbani Law Firm in co-operation with Clifford Chance and Al-Jadaan & Partners Law Firm in co-operation with Clifford Chance LLP, advising on major corporate and capital markets matters.
He began his legal career with an internship at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in London.
Amro Bakhaidar holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham and an LL.B. from the University of Essex.
The appointment of Amro Bakhaidar underscores Linklaters’ continued commitment to expanding its Saudi Arabia practice and strengthening its leadership position in the Middle East legal market.
