About the Job :
Remfry & Sagar, India’s premier Intellectual Property law firm, with over 275 personnel, is looking to recruit a Secretarial candidate for its Trademark Team.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) 1-2 Years of relevant experience. This is a secretarial position.
(iv) A strong foundational understanding of civil law and procedural codes.
(v) Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct trademark searches and prepare filing reports
(ii) Handle trademark filing and prosecution work
(iii) Attend show cause hearings
(iv) Draft and file oppositions, counterstatements, and affidavits
(v) Prepare written submissions for opposition hearings
(vi) Manage client portfolios and client communication
