About the Job :
Maatrum Technologies is inviting applications from Bar Council–enrolled lawyers to join its growing team in the real estate legal domain.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Preferably candidates with prior internship experience in litigation
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Strong understanding of procedural and substantive law
(vi) Fluency in English and Telugu
(vii) Experience: 2–5 years (Junior to Mid-level)
Responsibility :
(i) Scrutinize legal reports and documents
(ii) Conduct due diligence of property documents
(iii) Perform property searches / EC (Encumbrance Certificate)
(iv) Coordinate with panel advocates
(v) Vet original title documents
(vi) Draft and review agreements, affidavits, indemnity bonds, etc.
(vii) Maintain MIS and legal records
