About the Job :
The Trademark Team at K&S Partners is looking to hire a Paralegal with 2-6 years of experience for their Gurgaon office.
Eligibility :
(i) 2-6 years of experience.
(ii) Strong research & drafting skills
(iii) LL.B. from a reputed institution
(iv) Enrolled with Bar Council
(v) Prior experience in Trademark filing, research, or analysis is an added advantage.
(vi) A sharp, curious mind with a passion for IP law.
Responsibility :
(i) Should possess the relevant knowledge to support attorneys in trademark searches
(ii) Must have a good understanding of the requirements under the Trademarks Rules, 2017, related to applications, oppositions, and rectifications.
(iii) Must know the work patterns with the Trademarks Office.
(iv) Should be able to prepare affidavits of use.
(v) Should be able to independently correspond with clients with updates.
(vi) Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
