About the Job :
Locobuzz, a SaaS and technology company, is expanding its Legal team and inviting applications for the position of Legal Executive in Mumbai. The role offers broad in-house legal exposure, involving contracts, data protection, intellectual property, compliance, legal research, and collaboration with business teams.
Eligibility :
• LL.B. qualification is mandatory
• Experience Required: 1–3 years
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Good understanding of contracts and legal/regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Experience in SaaS, technology, IT, TMT, or General Corporate is preferred
• Strong legal drafting, research, communication, and organisational skills
• Prior in-house legal experience will be an added advantage
Responsibility :
• Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, NDAs, and other agreements
• Supporting compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework and GDPR
• Assisting with intellectual property and trademark matters
• Conducting legal research and providing litigation support
• Addressing legal queries across business functions
• Maintaining legal documentation, trackers, and repositories
• Working closely with the Legal team and business stakeholders
