Advocates, Kabeer Paul and Aditya N. Shukla is hiring Associate for their office in Jabalpur (M.P.). Their practice spans a wide and stimulating range of work — Regular appearances and matters before the Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court, Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, and Hon’ble Delhi High Court, alongside International Arbitration proceedings at leading international arbitration centres in Delhi and Singapore. Their work encompasses Constitutional and Civil Litigation, Commercial Arbitrations, Contemporary Commercial Disputes, and Criminal Litigation.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Minimum 01 year of active practice at the Bar
(iii) Strong drafting and analytical skills
(iv) Basic drafting ability in English and Hindi
(v) Research aptitude — familiarity with platforms such as SCC Online, Indian Kanoon, and similar legal databases
(vi) Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general laptop use.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Exposure to diverse litigation matters
(iii) Legal research and case preparation
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Court appearances and handling matters independently
(vi) Drafting of pleadings, legal documents, and agreements
