About the Job :
Vaish Associates Advocates are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Associate with at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing to join our Direct Tax Practice in New Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) Any graduate or under graduate relevant qualification.
(ii) Candidates should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing.
(iii) Chartered Accountant with a Law Degree preferred.
(iv) Strong documentation and drafting skills.
(v) Good written and verbal communication skills.
(vi) Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Responsibility :
(i) Preparation and filing of forms in compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
(ii) Drafting submissions in response to show-cause and other notices issued by the Transfer Pricing Officer.
(iii) Drafting objections/grounds of appeal to be filed before the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP) and ITAT.
(iv) Preparing transfer pricing studies.
(v) Searching for comparables from databases.
(vi) Undertaking benchmarking of various transactions.
