About the Job :
Vahura is hiring an Associate Manager – Legal in New Delhi. The role is intended for a legal professional with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience and strong experience in contracts and bids.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidates with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience.
(ii) Strong experience in contracts and bids.
(iii) Experience in contract management, commercial contracts, tender management, RFPs, RFQs and bids would be relevant to the role.
(iv) Exposure to transaction structuring.
(v) Providing legal advice to business teams.
(vi) Contract negotiations.
Responsibility :
(i) Manage and review requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), tenders and other bidding documents.
(ii) Draft, vet, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
(iii) Manage contracts through the entire contract lifecycle.
(iv) Conduct business assessments.
(v) Ensure contractual compliance and mitigate legal and contractual risks.
(vi) Protect the organisation’s interests.
