About the Job :
Trivedi & Partners is seeking a young and dynamic IPR Lawyer for immediate collaboration on ongoing domestic and international intellectual property mandates.
Eligibility :
Candidates should be proficient in:
(i) Handling domestic and international mandates.
(ii) IPR drafting.
(iii) Filing.
(iv) Participating in client meetings.
(v) Independently handling IPR matters end-to-end.
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in legal drafting and documentation.
(ii) Conduct legal research and case analysis.
(iii) The selected candidate will be involved in ongoing IPR mandates and will be expected to independently handle intellectual property matters from end to end.
(iv) Interact with clients and maintain case records.
(v) Work closely with advocates and legal professionals.
